Este industrial chocolate drop line is an integrated solution comprising a depositor and a cooling tunnel. It is designed for the production of small chocolate drops, chips, and buttons. Conveyor belt widths ranging from 600 mm to 1,200 mm are available to meet various production scale requirements.
Structure of Chocolate Drop Production Line:
The chocolate depositor consists of a depositing mechanism and a cooling tunnel. The depositing mechanism comprises the depositing unit, the conveyor belt lifting mechanism, the machine frame, and other components.
- Chocolate mass is deposited onto the conveyor belt by the depositing unit, after which the conveyor belt lifting mechanism is activated. The conveyor belt transports the deposited chocolate—or chocolate drizzled onto products—into the cooling tunnel for cooling.
- The cooling tunnel features a refrigeration unit composed of an external refrigeration compressor and an evaporator to facilitate a cooling cycle. The tunnel temperature is automatically controlled; upper and lower temperature limits are set based on production requirements to maintain the internal temperature within the specified range.

- Servo-driven depositing structure: The system features a hopper with independent temperature control and automatic liquid level replenishment; servo-driven precision control ensures consistent discharge volume and uniform chocolate drop sizes.
- Precision PID temperature control: The chocolate hopper and depositing head maintain a constant temperature throughout the process, preventing the mixture from solidifying prematurely and clogging the nozzles.
- Multi-zone cooling: The cooling tunnel utilizes a gradient multi-zone cooling process to prevent cracking, blooming (whitening), or loss of gloss caused by rapid temperature drops.
- Built-in dry air/de-misting systems within the cooling tunnel prevent condensation defects on the conveyor belt.
- Fully automated PLC control: Stores multiple product recipes; switching product types (e.g., from drops to buttons) requires only a parameter change rather than mechanical reconfiguration. Adjustable parameters include belt speed, depositing frequency, and cooling temperatures for each zone.
- The main body is made of 304 food-grade stainless steel, and all product-contact parts comply with FDA standards for food contact materials.
- Modular, detachable design: Facilitates easy cleaning and ensures compliance with food factory hygiene standards.
