Las etapas de moldeado, desmoldeado y envasado depend\u00edan en gran medida de la mano de obra, lo que se traduc\u00eda en una eficiencia limitada, tiempos de cambio prolongados entre tama\u00f1os de productos y un control de calidad inconsistente. A medida que aumentaba el volumen de pedidos, el conflicto entre el incremento de los costos laborales y los cuellos de botella en la capacidad de producci\u00f3n se volvi\u00f3 cada vez m\u00e1s agudo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Soluci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dise\u00f1amos un sistema integrado <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chocolatesmachine.com\/es\/chocolate-moulding-machine-line\/\">l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n de moldeo de chocolate<\/a><\/strong> para la empresa colombiana, capaz de realizar cambios r\u00e1pidos de moldes para producir tres tama\u00f1os diferentes de chocolate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El equipo integra un sistema de servomoldeo de alta precisi\u00f3n, un t\u00fanel de enfriamiento progresivo multicapa, un mecanismo de desmoldeo flexible neum\u00e1tico y una unidad de envasado horizontal completamente autom\u00e1tica, logrando un flujo de trabajo continuo y sin intervenci\u00f3n humana desde la masa l\u00edquida hasta el empaque final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, el sistema de control cuenta con una interfaz hombre-m\u00e1quina (HMI) f\u00e1cil de usar y recuperaci\u00f3n de recetas con un solo toque, lo que reduce significativamente los tiempos de cambio de producto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Entrega exitosa:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nuestro equipo de ingenier\u00eda complet\u00f3 la instalaci\u00f3n y puesta en marcha in situ en un plazo de dos semanas y proporcion\u00f3 una formaci\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica a los operadores y al personal de mantenimiento del cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la prueba de funcionamiento, el equipo funcion\u00f3 sin problemas; la desviaci\u00f3n del peso de moldeo se mantuvo dentro de un margen de \u00b10,5 g, la tasa de integridad en el desmoldeo alcanz\u00f3 el 99,81 % y las velocidades de envasado cumplieron de forma constante con la capacidad prevista. El cliente facilit\u00f3 fotograf\u00edas del proceso real y de los productos terminados, y elogi\u00f3 enormemente el sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>El director de producci\u00f3n del cliente declar\u00f3<\/strong>: \"El nuevo <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chocolatesmachine.com\/es\/chocolate-moulding-machine-line\/\">l\u00ednea de moldeo de chocolate<\/a><\/strong> ha reducido significativamente la necesidad de intervenci\u00f3n manual y ha aumentado la capacidad de producci\u00f3n en <strong>m\u00e1s de 40%<\/strong>y entreg\u00f3 una consistencia en la calidad del producto que super\u00f3 con creces nuestras expectativas.
