Los \u00e1rboles del cacao crecen en regiones tropicales y las habas se cosechan dos veces al a\u00f1o. Una vez recolectadas, se sacan de la vaina y se fermentan durante unos d\u00edas. Este proceso de fermentaci\u00f3n ayuda a desarrollar el sabor de las habas de cacao.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paso 2: Secar y tostar las jud\u00edas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras la fermentaci\u00f3n, los granos se secan al sol.
